Construction Engineers

Job description

+ Receive customer information, design, estimate - quote.
+ Meeting with customers, persuading, negotiating to come to a contract.
+ Detailed design (Shopdrawing), testing, browsing, monitoring progress and production quality.
+ Manage progress, technique, quality, construction volume.
+ Manage and inspect measures to ensure labor safety, environmental sanitation...
+ Making settlement documents, liquidation, signing and acceptance for settlement of works.
+ Coordinate with other departments in the Company to organize effective construction.
+ Organize weekly professional reports or at the request of superiors.
– Working place: at the Office or the Construction Site (Agreed upon interview).

Job requirements

-+Know how to use MS Office, Autocad, ... and estimate materials.
+ Good communication skills, able to work independently or in a team.
+ Strong management and problem solving skills.
+ Good use of office computer, Internet.
+ Foreign language: English communication (Preferably good English).
+ Ability to work in the provinces.
+ Priority is given to candidates graduating from: University of Construction, University of Architecture or Bachelor of Construction, Mechanical; Civil engineer, mechanical engineer.
+ Age: under 28 years old
