STRENGTHENING OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH KNOWLEDGE THROUGH TRAINING PROGRAMS AT AMC
With the aim of further strengthening the foundation of safety management in production and raising awareness among employees regarding occupational safety and health, on March 13 and 14, 2026, AMC Industrial Manufacturing Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with Sao Mai Intelligence Joint Stock Company, organized an occupational safety and health training program for Group 1 and Group 2 participants through a combination of in person training at the factory and online sessions. The program attracted the serious participation of managers at various levels, specialized personnel, and employees from multiple departments across the company.

More than simply updating participants on current legal regulations, this training program was designed with content closely aligned with the practical needs of the company’s manufacturing operations. Key topics included occupational safety and health policies and regulations, technical safety standards in the workplace, organizational responsibilities in safety management, as well as additional knowledge on hazard identification, preventive measures, and methods for improving working conditions in an industrial environment.
A highlight of the program was its specialized content for managers and personnel responsible for safety operations, covering topics such as risk assessment, emergency response planning, internal inspection procedures, management of machinery and equipment subject to strict safety requirements, along with first aid skills for workplace accidents and occupational disease prevention. These practical topics provided participants with applicable knowledge to improve proactive response capabilities and reduce operational risks.

Alongside theoretical instruction, the training also incorporated real-world workplace scenarios directly related to factory operations, including working safely at heights, construction activities, welding and metal cutting, forklift operation, crane handling, and the safe use of specialized industrial equipment. Connecting training content with practical workplace situations helped participants absorb knowledge more effectively and apply it directly to their daily responsibilities.

The blended training model, combining in-person and online learning, not only optimized time and provided flexibility for participants, but also demonstrated AMC’s proactive approach in adopting modern training methods that ensure effective knowledge delivery across the organization.
The occupational safety and health training program in March 2026 served not only as an opportunity to update professional knowledge, but also as a meaningful step toward building consistent awareness and safety skills throughout AMC’s operational system. When every role clearly understands its responsibility in preventing workplace risks, coordination in production becomes more proactive, efficient, and closely aligned, creating a safer and more stable working environment while supporting sustainable operational performance.
